Finding an Australian based manufacturing facility with these capabilities is difficult, as most patternmaking shops use traditional skills and machinery and hand forming methods for patterns of this size. Pattern shops with CNC capability are available, but their machines are a relatively small scale.

Our only hope of hitting the 12 week target was to rapid prototype our pattern equipment in high density foam, which would allow use to have parts cast and delivered in a much lower lead time.
